I have also learned that marketing today is very much about adding value upfront before asking for anything in return. Content marketing, community building, and building trust through consistency and transparency are some of the strategies we focus on. In short, I view marketing as not “pushing sales” through hard selling, but as “earning loyalty” through authentic connection.
